Steve
Founder & CEO
Steve shapes the larger vision of Nexus Enlightraa and connects ideas across its initiatives. He works from a simple conviction: with the right opportunities, connections, and support, people and communities can move past their limits.
He is drawn to innovation and to turning ideas into action, and his focus is on building something sustainable and relevant that lasts.
Neeti
Co-founder & COO
Neeti brings a deep passion for language, communication, and teaching, and for helping people recognise and develop their potential.
At Nexus Enlightraa she draws on her understanding of learners, educators, and the realities of modern education to design initiatives that are practical and people-centred. Her aim is for learning to be more than an academic exercise: a path to confidence, capability, and personal growth.
Deepak Raj has spent more than twenty years turning complex problems into measurable outcomes, across product strategy, AI transformation, and building teams at scale. He has grown a global capability centre from zero to 800 people, co-founded a venture with AI products in production across eight industries, education among them, and advises leadership teams on where AI should act and where people should decide.
At Nexus Enlightraa he leads technology across the initiatives, guided by a simple rule: outcomes over output.
